Welcome to the Bronx Leadership Academy! We’re happy to have you here and look forward to meeting you. Whether your child is entering school for the first time or transferring from another district, we have all the necessary information and forms here for your convenience.

Registration Requirements

Once you have received a District 9 enrollment confirmation, download the appropriate BLA registration forms and bring them, along with the required documentation below, to our front office.

Child’s original birth certificate
Immunization records
Proof of residency
Withdrawal forms (if transferring from another school)
Photo ID

To make the admissions process smooth and seamless, please complete District 9’s online enrollment application before registering your child at the Bronx Leadership Academy.
